Requirements

Here are some common requirements that participants may need to fulfill in order to participate in Wittyhacks 3.0:

 

  • A team: Participants may need to form a team of 2-5 members prior to the hackathon. Alternatively, solo participants may be allowed to join and be paired with a team during the event.
  • Laptop: Participants may be required to bring their own laptop or desktop computer with any necessary software installed.
  • ID proof: Participants may need to show a valid Govt ID and college ID as proof to check-in to the event.
  • Willingness to learn and collaborate: Wittyhacks 3.0 is a collaborative event, so participants should be willing to work together and learn from each other.
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills: Participants should possess creativity and the ability to solve problems in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

  • Technical Complexity
    The judges will assess the technical complexity of the solution, including the use of advanced technologies, coding skills, and implementation techniques.
  • User Experience
    The judges will evaluate the user experience of the solution, including the usability, design, and accessibility of the solution.
  • Impact
    The judges will assess the impact of the solution on society, the environment, or a specific industry. The solution should be able to address a real-world problem and have the potential to create a positive impact.
  • Presentation
    The judges will evaluate the quality of the presentation, including the clarity of the problem statement, the effectiveness of the solution, and the ability of the team to convey the idea and vision effectively.
  • Collaboration
    The judges will assess how well the team worked together and the extent to which the team members complemented each other's skills and abilities.
  • Feasibility
    The judges will evaluate the feasibility of the solution, including the practicality of implementation, the scalability of the solution, and the potential for commercialization.
  • The judges will assign a score to each criterion, and the final score will be the sum of all the criteria scores. The team with the highest overall score will be declared the winner of Wittyhacks Hackathon.
